  • Travel the world while working and making money.
  • Be happier,
  • and sometimes, surpass your income from your 9 to 5 too.

  • Married people who work from home have been reported to be happier than traditional workers because of the fairer and more gender-neutral division of labor at home.
  • Finally, because you spend more time with your kids, potentially make more money doing fulfilling work, and enjoy a happy marriage, chances are you’ll make more changes to live a happier, healthier life!

FAQs

Does working from home really work?

The real truth is that working from home won’t work great for everyone. If you aren’t disciplined and can’t find ways to manage your time more productively then you may just find that you burnout.
You should also consider that being at home with your family doesn’t necessarily mean being there. In my first few months of working from home, I was terrible, I literally became a barking dog. You can read my story and how I finally pulled myself together on Link2us Magazine.

Where to find legitimate work from home jobs

For freelance writers – Problogger is one of the best job boards. Others include We Work Remotely, Indeed, and FlexJobs.

These are some reputable job sites that screen their jobs and some take fees from the clients to post a job and that’s a great way to qualify legit people.

But, if you truly want to build a career that scales quickly, I would advise working for yourself as a freelancer. That way, you build a brand that people come looking for instead of helping other companies build their brands and get credit for your work.
